As a practice our patients' views are important to us. We have set up a Patient Participation Group (PPG) to provide an opportunity for you to discuss with us how we can develop and shape our services to best meet our patients' needs.
What is the PPG
We look at the services the practice offers, patient experience and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients and the practice.
It is the PPG's responsibility is to ensure that plans, services and activities respond to patient's priorities and needs. The PPG does not discuss any patient's personal health details.
We hold meetings on a quarterly basis to discuss the services the practice offers, patient experience and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients and the practice. We are joined at each meeting by the Practice Manager or one of the GP Partners, who provide an update on the services provided by the practice and discuss any improvements or concerns raised.
We produce Newsletters and community magazine articles to keep you in touch with any developments which may affect you at the Medical Practice or within the NHS and include a range of articles which signpost or inform you of services available to meet your health care needs. Current copies of the Newsletter are also available at the display area in the Waiting Room.
